English Language Teaching as a Career in Nepal: Social Motives and Drives

Research on teacher motivation has developed and expanded since the beginning of 21st century now there is a considerable increase in literature areas research. A number research studies have been conducted to gain insights into pre-service in-service teachers’ reasons for choosing teaching as career. This study aimed at exploring social motives drives that force individuals opt English language It also investigating perceived satisfaction level participants. Five teachers who different levels education Nepal twelve years participated this study.
